Which version of OSX do you have?

The Xgrid at CoMPLEX is only compatible with OSX 10.4 Tiger. To see if your Apple is running OSX 10.4, check for the "Spotlight" icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. Spotlight is a blue circle containing a white magnifying glass.
